Skinny Girl Diet
I will for the next thirty days be following a diet called the Skinny Girl Diet. I have decided to create a blog to mark my progress.
The diet is as follow:
NB: Fruit and Veg arent counted in the calorie total.
NB2: 30 mins exercise a day is also required.
