Skinny Girl Diet Day 6 (650 cals)


How I feel today:
  • Morning- excited :) seeing my boyfreind 
  • Evening- ate too much.
Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast and marge (125 cals)

Lunch: crunchie milkshake (200 cals) my boyfreind bought it for me :(

Dinner: jacket potato (200 cals)

Snacks: 2 crackers (60 cals)

Exercise: Walked around town and 30 mins dancing.


Total cals: 585

Cals from fruit and veg: 0

SGD cals: 585

Cals under limit: 340 cals

Weight: 54.7kg
