How I feel today:
- Morning- excited :) seeing my boyfreind and his freinds going to a party.
- Evening- happy.
Lunch: veggie roast (200 cals) well what i ate of it.
Dinner: x
Snacks: 2 pieces of toast and an apple (150 cals), fanta zero (8 cals)
Exercise: Walked around town and 30 mins dancing.
Total cals: 468
Cals from fruit and veg: 320
SGD cals: 148
Cals under limit: 502
