Skinny Girl Diet Day 7 (650 cals)

How I feel today:
  • Morning- excited :) seeing my boyfreind  and his freinds going to a party.
  • Evening- happy.
Breakfast: 1 piece of toast (60 cals), apple (60 cals), spoonful of porridge (10 cals)

Lunch: veggie roast (200 cals) well what i ate of it.

Dinner: x

Snacks: 2 pieces of toast and an apple (150 cals), fanta zero (8 cals)

Exercise: Walked around town and 30 mins dancing.


Total cals: 468

Cals from fruit and veg: 320

SGD cals: 148

Cals under limit: 502
