  • Morning- tired.
  • Evening- stomach still rumbling.
Breakfast: apple (60 cals)

Lunch: grapes (17 cals)

Dinner: pasta and tomato sauce and veg (260 cals)

Snacks: apple (60 cals)

Exercise: 30 mins wii fit
