Skinny Girl Diet Day 5 (450 cals)

How I feel today:

Breakfast: x

Lunch: veggie stew (100 cals), crackers (90 cals)

Dinner: veggie stew (50 cals), peas (32 cals), soup (2 x 20 cals = 40)
Snacks: x

Exercise: 40 mins wii and 20 mins walk and 15 mins exercise in my room.


Total cals: 312

Cals from fruit and veg: 222

SGD cals: 90 cals

Cals under limit: 340 cals

Weight: 54.7kg

BMI: 17.66
