Skinny Girl Diet Day 3 (400 cals)

How I feel today:
  • Morning- Okay
  • Evening- A bit bloated.
Breakfast: x

Lunch: Butternut squash (80 cals)

Dinner: 2 mini new potatoes (75 cals), Mixed Veg (40 cals), Cauliflower (20 cals), Salmon (43.75 cals)

Snacks: 3 cream crackers (90 cals), 2 cups of fanta zero (16 cals), half a mini haribo pack (23 cals)

Exercise: 40 mins Wii fit and 20 mins walk

Total cals: 387.75

Cals from fruit and veg: 140

Weight: 55.6kg

BMI: 18.01
