Skinny Girl Diet Day 4 (500 cals)

How I feel today:
  • Morning- Not hungry, alert.
  • Evening- A bit bloated and full

Snacks: 3 cream crackers (90 cals), 1 cups of fanta zero (16 cals), 3 rice cakes (90 cals)

Exercise: 3 and a half hours gymnastics and 30 mins exercise in my room.
